Hello,

Thank you for creating this thread. My friend also had her first round of interview last week. Have you heard anything back for the second interview ?

Hi! thanks for finding me it was starting to get lonely here LOL. I just had my first round this morning actually and she wanted me for second round interviews. I've yet to receive scheduling information because I was told they're conducting them from the 7th-12th. I want to say they are wrapping up first round interviews tomorrow to confirm the amount of candidates and will start emailing us soon?

Hey, thanks for creating the thread! I've been scouring around for any bits of information and glad there's a space here :)

I had the 2nd interview confirmed this afternoon so they're rolling them out!

I've heard the 2nd interview is a panel with different managers- does anyone know if it's pretty general or related to our preferred specialties? Is there another interview after?

HI! Thats good to hear, I figured I'd be getting notified by tomorrow.

I read elsewhere that the questions are mostly typical RN interview questions sprinkled in with some oncology since they're big on cancer! (questions such as why CoH, where you see yourself in 5 years, experience w/ a difficult pt, your skills).

However, since there are unit specific leaders there, they could chime in with questions related to their unit. And there is only two rounds of interviews I believe! the HR screening we had then panel.

Update: I was getting antsy about not getting an email to schedule my second interview so I ended up calling talent acquisition instead. Once she confirmed the notes that I was moving onto panel, she went right ahead and scheduled me through the phone. She told me they were running behind on getting emails out and are expected to come out by Wednesday2/7 or Thursday 2/8 the latest.

My friend was too afraid to call, so she just email J. (Initial first name) still waiting for reply

hey y'all I had my 2nd interview and it was a panel with maybe around 10 people or so. Interviewers were jumping in and out of the video call to introduce themselves and ask questions so be prepared for that. mix of some general interview questions and onc specific. be prepared for a clinical scenario as well. gl to all

Had mine today as well definitely consisted of everything you said. Good luck! Already anxious to hear back.
