Hey Guys/Girls,

I would like to start a thread for those of us who have applied for the Fall 2014 Nursing Program at the City Colleges of Chicago. Please post if you have any information you might have regarding acceptance letters and also ask questions regarding the process. I think this will be helpful for applicants as far as how the acceptance process is coming along as well as support through the waiting period.

I believe so. We are already accepted into the program. I think that's only for the schedule. I think.

Yes, the lottery is only for the schedule. Don't really like that idea, but we have to do what is required.

Does anyone know good teachers? Please share opinions.

First semester we are taking nursing 101 right? I will have to take anatomy because don't want to do it over the summer.

I don't know any good professors so I would like to know too. Yeah first semester is 101. I am currently taking a&p 227 and micro.

I am taking 226. Took micro last semester and have to take 227 in the fall but can't really register until I will know our schedule. Ugh!

agreed! We should hang out and start a group so we can all help each other! My anatomy class is very competitive and students don't really help/support one anither and it's intanse sometimes.
