I know I'm not the only one not-so patiently waiting for May to come. Thought I'd get this thread going so we can all connect.
Hello all, I too have applied for 2024 CCSF. I have gotten an email about being on standby. Has anyone also gotten the same email? My concern is the time when I'll know whether I'm taking a spot or not. Please let me know, desperate for information. Already called and emailed but they never responded.

Are you saying the BSN bridge program is free for SF residents? Or only CCSF nursing students? I thought it was not free tuition at SFSU?

Tuition for the SFSU ADN-BSN bridge is NOT free. Per the SFSU reps that were present during orientation, cost is as follows:
1st Bachelor's Degree = Undergraduate tuition fees
6.0 or less units - PT $2,697
6.1 or more units – FT $3,975
2nd Bachelor's = Graduate/Post Graduate tuition fees
6.0 or less units – PT $3,141
6.1 or more units – FT $4,737

Looks like CCSF NSA (nurse student association) also has a IG. In one of their post, they have a discord, but link to join is expired. I also hope their Fall 2024 schedule is the same for Spring 2025.
We are almost a month away from orientation (Nov 6) for Spring 2025. Does anyone know if their shoes policy are very strict? In their handbook it says
"Shoes are to be white leather, low heel, and enclosed. No clogs, high-tops, open toed or sling shoes are allowed. Athletic shoes must be all white without any colorful emblems."

Hi, im in the program right now and their shoe policy isn't strict, they don't really look to see if you are wearing all white shoes. During clinicals it depends on your instructor, my instructor doesnt mind.
