Has anyone applied to any of the 4 nurse residencies that are starting in Feb/March of 2014? Just curious who has heard or been interviewed.

Oh I misread it I am sorry. My friend applied for the medsurg one and has not heard anything yet either. So you're not alone don't fret!

NorthernRN77, have you had the ED interview yet? also, did you get asked to do a phone interview as well? I was wondering what the process is like!

I applied for the medical residency. I had my phone interview and scheduled the next step on campus. Definitely have a range of scenarios prepared prior to the interview. Good luck to everyone still waiting!

I had my phone interview last week and the woman was very nice. It was quick, they asked about 5 behavioral questions and then just policy questions such as if I have ever worked for the healthcare system before. I then was told I would be called to set up an onsite interview. They called me later that day and I went down and interviewed yesterday. Everyone was really nice and it felt more like a conversation not an interrogation like some interviews feel like!
