Has anyone applied to any of the 4 nurse residencies that are starting in Feb/March of 2014? Just curious who has heard or been interviewed.

I got a phone call on 1/6 that I was accepted into the medical nurse residency. I am still waiting to hear about the critical care residency program. I thought they were accepting about 18 nurses into the medical nurse residency and 10ish into the critical care program- not sure how many applied to either program. Good luck all!

No, I wouldn't think that. She told me they are calling everyone - those who made it and those who didn't. The first 2 minutes of the conversation I had no idea which way it was going to end up! Keep positive!!!

I have not heard back and I had an interview on 12/30.

I was called 2 days ago and offered the critical care residency. She said they were just starting the return calls.

Wow that is awesome! Congratulations!! Did they provide you with any details or any other information regarding the number of new hires or the start date, etc?

Thanks! Start 3/16. Nothing else. Waiting on background check and hope to have more info after that comes back.

I wonder if we hear nothing today if that means we have not been selected, seeing as how they said we would hear back this week.
