CHOC RN Residency August 2018

Published

Hello everyone, so applications for CHOC opened recently and i wanted to start this so that we could keep each other updated! i just applied for PICU! good luck to you all :) :) :)

Just completed mine! I applied to the medical floor. Mine was super straight forward. 22 questions, mostly short answer (typing), and a few audio recordings.

Thank you for the info! Good luck!! Hopefully we hear back soon

Thank you so much for sharing @kleader2! Were you able to re-record the audio portion if necessary? Good luck everyone!

Were the questions only behavioral? Also, were they timed? I applied to the NICU!

Hey all! I applied for the fellowship/residency and got the email as well. The on demand portion for me was 23 questions. Most of them were typed responses, and a few were audio recording. You can go back and edit as many times as you want before submitting. You are able to re-record if needed. You can log in and out as many times as you want before submitting- as long as you submit within your 48 hour window. Some of the questions are very straight forward, and others are behavioral based. Nothing too crazy- they just want to get to know you before hand to see if you are a good fit before calling you in for an in person interview! Good luck everyone!!

yes! as many re-takes as you want

I just finished mine! It asked if I am available on 6/4 and 6/7 for an in-person interview. I would anticipate them going through these this week if they plan on having interviews on those days! Thats pretty much a week from now! Exciting!

I applied to Med/Surge , and completed the on demand virtual interview online. Good luck guys!!!

I did the video interview as well! Has anyone heard results after completing it yet?! Thanks!!

hey, I finished my video interview on Saturday and I have not heard back! Since it asked if I am available 6/4 or 6/7, hoping we will hear back this week! :)

Thanks! Mine asked the same dates. Are you NICU as well? Wooo

nope, I applied to PICU! :) crossings fingers for all of us!
