Hello everyone, so applications for CHOC opened recently and i wanted to start this so that we could keep each other updated! i just applied for PICU! good luck to you all :) :) :)

Specializes in Step-Down ICU.

Just curious. Has anyone received rejection emails yet?

Everything seems to be all over the place but just wanting to know if people have already received them.

This whole process has me confused since HR has been telling people different things each time.

So really weird...I called HR today around 5 pm and asked when we could anticipate on hearing back if we haven't already and she said they are looking to possibly add more interview dates so we may not hear back until the end of the month! I found this to be strange...

Anyone else hear back from NICU OC campus? Or have any updates? The waiting game is stressing me out haha.

Phew ok that makes me feel a little better. I was stressing out about needing to fly down to LA in such a short notice :( hopefully they are still sending out offers.. I havent heard anything back, so based on what HR is saying I guess no news is good news?

I've applied to med-surg. and completed the on demand interview. Has anyone received a response about coming in for an interview?

Just spoke to HR. Update for CVICU is that they have till the end of the month to inform us but most likely will be before the 17th (as i stated i will be out of town). It will be phone or email..

I got an email that said I would find out the results of next candidacy by the end of the month. As a reference I applied to oncology- and I have 2 years experience with adults. I know someone posted about having an interview for oncology. So I'm not very hopeful that I will get an interview because it seems like the oncology interviews have already been scheduled. But I'm not sure!

I'm hoping this means we still are in the running- cause if they had the time to email us that-it would've just been easier to put us out of our misery and give us a rejection if they knew that was the case

Still haven't gotten an email for an interview or denying me for the position. Anyone hear anything else for NICU OC? To everyone in the position of waiting, I feel ya! And to everyone getting interviews, that is awesome!!! I am holding out hope until I get a hard no! haha

Girl, the waiting game is CRAZAAAY. I literally check my email every five minutes ahah but hearing there are others in a similar position helps, so thanks for the response!!! :) hopefully we will hear back before August 13... :)

I applied NICU OC as a new grad as well and I havnt heard anything back either. So stressful but hoping there will be more interviews held later this month! Goodluck to everyone and congrats to those who have gotten word back :)
