I saw the CHOA Nurse Residency application was posted today so I wanted to start a thread. Good luck everyone!

For anyone who’s done the in person interview and shadow, how long did it take for you to receive a call back about an offer or not?

I heard back two days later but they had told me to expect to hear within 1-2 weeks. They also mentioned that it really depended on the interview schedule of the unit, if that's helpful!

So did you get an offer two days later or two weeks later? Also for the in person interview do they call or email you?

Anyone heard back from Piedmont since the  phone screening ?

So I did my hirevue interview this weekend. I was given the Hirevue interview less than a week after officially submitting my application. Does anyone know when I should expect to hear about the next step after doing the hirevue interview? And what was that next step? Thank you!

I say all that to say, I feel like departments are moving at their own pace! 

Do they hire one person per area (for example.. One NICU at Scottish Rite)? Also, is it typical that it takes multiple weeks once the hirevue is completed? I did mine this weekend and I was curious as to when I should expect some sort of update.
