So for those of you who got a digital interview, you heard back almost immediately after applying?

I heard back within 48 hours I think, but I applied super soon after the application opened so it could be that they are more backed up with applications now if your video interview invite has taken longer!

Hey! Aside from a resume/cover letter, are we supposed to attach letters of recommendation or any other supporting document to the application?

I put a copy of my CPR card and my letters of recommendation in the "Other Supporting Documentation" spot.

Has anyone heard back after digital interview?

One of my classmates got an email two weeks ago saying that they were impressed with her digital interview answers and that her information would be forwarded to the hiring departments. I believe she did her digital interview back in December though.

Has anyone heard back after digital interview?

I was wondering how long their residency program is and if you have to sign a contract saying you will work for them for X amount of years. I know certain places like NGMC have a 2 year contract with a $15,000 buyout and you don't even get to choose your desired location.

I don't mind doing it for CHOA because it's been my dream to work there since I was in high school. I just want to gather as much information as possible beforehand so that I'm not caught off guard if I get an interview with them.

Nope! I had my digital interview about 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard back but I haven't gotten a "no" either so maybe that's good news for now?

It's good to hear they're still doing digital interviews because it might answer as to why I haven't heard anything back yet, lol. I did my interview mid January and expected to hear something in the beginning of March. It's only the 17th but ugh... so stressed lol.

I've tried to call HR several times and everytime I pick the option to talk to a live person, the line cuts off and the phone hangs up lol. I wonder if they'll reach out to the people who they're interested in as well as those they are not.

Has anyone heard anything yet ? My application still says under review.

I had gotten an email from a recruiter who said they would reach out in February/March if nurse managers wanted to interview with me. I haven't heard anything back after that but my application still says under review so I don't know if they're still hiring or have started the interview process at all.
