Hi nurses! I haven't seen a thread for CHOA's summer 2018 residency program, so I figured I'd try to get one going. I recently applied and completed a digital interview. Still waiting to hear back after that but the digital interview wasn't bad, pretty typical questions and very similar to what I had seen on a thread for the program on here from a few years ago! There are 10 questions based on your opinions, clinical experience, future plans, etc. I'd never done anything like that, so I hope my personality came across in the interview. I had never done anything like that either, it was so weird just talking back to yourself and not having someone else's energy to go off of! I think overall mine went okay, but I'm the worst with waiting and am hoping we might hear back sooner this year since it seems like the app went up earlier.
