Wanted to start a new forum for those of you applying for the RN New Grad Program for the Spetemper 2013 cohort.

Yes but apparently they want to hear it from you. It's just what others have reported to me. There a few other questions but that's the main one.

Hi everyone! I posted earlier, but was wondering after reading these posts and realizing that they must be calling one unit at a time, has anyone received calls for the PICU? PICU was my first choice and CVICU was my second...just super nervous!

Thanks for the info! 6 West was my #1 and 6 East was my #2, so hopefully thy haven't called for 6 west yet :)

I applied to 6 west also and I'm waiting to hear. Hoping they haven't made calls and we will hear this week! Good luck to everyone!

PICU was my 1st choice. I was called on Apr 24 to schedule an interview for PICU. FYI

Thank you so much for that info, now I'm confused because when i called the nurse recruiter i spoke to said they hadn't made calls for PICU but that they would probably start this coming week...hopefully there is still some truth to that :) Were you called for the 10 min pre-screening interview?

I applied for OR too and haven't heard anything. No one else has posted on it, and I've been following this board religiously. Please andee310 if you get a call please post. Good luck :)

Yeah, my pre-screening interview is this week. I will keep you guys updated on how things go.

To anyone who is doing a Skype interview or is out of state:

If we somehow miraculously do well on the screening interview and are invited to LA for a panel/in-person interview, how soon will that interview be? Are we thinking 1-2 weeks after the initial screen for the in-person, or longer? I'm just wondering because if I am lucky enough, I will have to work around school/finals. EeeP!
