Hey! I wanted to started the newest thread for the September 2014 CHLA RN Residency applicants! I just sent in my application. Where is everyone from and what unit are you looking to land a job on?

Has anyone heard anything about 4 West? I'm hearing about heme/onc but idk if they're grouping everything together...

I heard back from 4 West, I was told I would be interviewing for 4 West, 4 East, and BMT, my first choice was BMT but when the recruiter called me she said they interview for the entire HEM/ONC floor so you're right cnursetobe they group it together.

For those who have interviews have you gone in already? I'm scheduled for next week. Wondering if all the pre-screens are being done over the course of this week and next week?

Hi friends & soon to be new grads!!

I'm interviewing for the pre-screen with NICCU next week. I'm soooo excited & a little intimidated since this is my dream job!!!

I just received a call for the 10 minute interview today PACU.

I just got a call from the CTICU yesterday for the interview! They told me that it would be a 10 minute "speed" interview and it would be with the three managers of the floor. If everything goes well, then I may get the second interview!!

Sorry I am entering so late in the game, but I'm excited to see fellow new grads as excited as I am about the prospect of working at CHLA... I also got a call on April 24 for the CTICU (which was my first choice), I'm interviewing this week :) Has anyone done their interviews yet?

Hi everyone! I got a call too and I'm interviewing tomorrow! So nervous, unfortunately for me this is my dream job and my first interview in 10 years! Hope i do well :(
