Hey everyone, just started this thread to get to know more about you who is also applying to the CHLA residency program. I just checked the website and they're supposed to open applications very soon (at 5pm - Western time). What unit(s) are you considering? Is anyone applying with an International degree?

Hello! I'm planning on applying. However, I am also not seeing the job posting on the website... I'm planning on applying to the NICU and possibly the PICU. I'll be completing my preceptorship in the NICU this fall. I'll by graduating with my Master of Nursing from the University of Minnesota in December. Which units are you interested in?

Hoping the application is up soon! :)

Hi !! I'm not sure what units to choose yet. Possibly PICU as my #1!! Has anyone been able to view the application? I keep refreshing my page and it still isn't up!!!! :grumpy:

Is anyone planning to apply to any other new grad programs in the LA area? I'm planning on UCLA and USC Keck Medical Center.

Hey Kayla, I'm also considering NICU or PICU :), and I'll also apply to UCLA. Not sure about USC, do you know when the application process starts?

I belive USC's application window is almost exactly the same dates as UCLA's, give or take a few days...

Applied yesterday and received the packet yesterday night! I'm gonna choose CTICU and I'm still torn between step-down or 6W med-surg..
