Info session is this Friday 10/4 at 1pm via zoom.

The March cohort will begin on March 3, 2025. Applications will open on Friday, October 11 at 9 a.m. (PST) and close on Friday, October 25 at 12 p.m.

Qualifications: You are a new graduate or an RN with less than one year of nursing experience in any area by the start of the program

You have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a Master of Science in Nursing **

**The following units will accept new graduates with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) for the March 2025 cohort: 5 East, 5 West, 6 East, 6 West, Duque, Emergency Department. RN residents accepted to the program with an ADN will be required to enroll in a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within 2 years of hire.

Mine was also SO short LOL. Not feeling very confident but oh well. It is what it is at this point.

Ik for the most part everyone's gotten behavioral qs, but for those that already finished their ED interview, did they ask any medical or clinical knowledge based ones? disease process, etc. I just want to know if I should mentally prepare myself for that 🥹

My interview was short too! Not for ED tho for another unit. I feel you, let's just hope for the best 🙏🏼

OMG you interviewed for 5 west right! I'm going in at 11:20. How was it? Was yours also at the unit and how many nurses were interviewing you?

Yes they moved it to the unit. It went well it was honestly like 20 min long and there was 8 people in the room. So scary 😭. But they were really nice. Behavioral questions!!
