The March cohort will begin on March 3, 2025. Applications will open on Friday, October 11 at 9 a.m. (PST) and close on Friday, October 25 at 12 p.m.
Qualifications: You are a new graduate or an RN with less than one year of nursing experience in any area by the start of the program
You have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a Master of Science in Nursing **
**The following units will accept new graduates with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) for the March 2025 cohort: 5 East, 5 West, 6 East, 6 West, Duque, Emergency Department. RN residents accepted to the program with an ADN will be required to enroll in a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within 2 years of hire.
howdy! For those who interviewed with the ED, did they mention anything about a 3rd interview? Will we begin hearing back next Monday like the schedule stated? I think the last cohort had 5 new grads- did they mention anything how many they are hiring? Thanks!

I interviewed for a different unit but was told we would hear back between 12/9 to 12/13. Also someone before mentioned that the CHLA instagram account posted that their cohort was 34 MedSurg, 14 ICU and 3 ED.
Good luck to anyone that still needs to interview! For those that already did them, did you guys bring a copy of your resume and cover letter? Nervous for tomorrow 😫

I brought copies of my resume but was told they all already had copies. I would bring some just in case but I doubt you'll need them even if you do bring them!

I keep seeing its mainly behavioral questions and Diversity questions, but definitely be prepared to answer WHY the unit, why chla, why peds, etc. in case they do ask. Goodluck to you!

Yeah I was told 12/9-12/13 but I guess it could be different depending on the unit? Where did you hear 12/5 from? I was told they're doing interviews from 11/25-12/5 so I wouldn't think results would come out tomorrow.
