They said they don't look at GPA or experience, so I'm guessing responses to essay questions and cover letter would be better to share LOL

The first round is just with HR people! Then if you're selected to go on, the second round is the one with the specialized units 🙂

Yes! I just meant anyone who applied for that unit. I wasn't sure if they sent out interview invites by unit or not 🙂
