  1. Yes! They said it takes 1-2 days but I had to call them to check and see if my results were out. My results came out next day and I got my clearance form quickly. I wouldn't wait for the call because it seemed like they wouldn't or forgot to!
  2. Hey everyone, official offer emails were just sent out. Wish you all the best ?
  3. Thank you! My interview went really well. It was panel style with two charge nurses and the residency director. They went around and asked a few questions each and the interview was around 30 min? My initial screening interview video impressed them so I think that really helped. Regarding questions, they asked why Loma Linda and why that unit, words that describe me, why I should be hired, difficult situation/conflict, times I demonstrated patient education, my learning style, and time I made a mistake. Mostly behavioral and personality questions. The last half of the interview we kind of just chatted and I asked questions! Make sure to do your research beforehand and just be confident/ yourself, that helped me the most!! You all got it ◡̈
  4. Hello, I got an offer for unit 2100 at the surgical hospital. If anyone else got it, I'd love to connect!
  5. Hi everyone! Just a tip that might be helpful for interviews, but I've been using chatgpt to create mock interviews for me. I insert the hospital/unit I'm applying for and ask it to generate specific questions tailored to the unit. I then use the audio function that will type out my response and it'll generate feedback for me which has been really helpful!
  6. no! different unit! no, it didn't change, it still says under consideration and interview phase
  7. Just got a call from a recruiter to schedule an interview (on zoom). I think the calls go out based on each unit. I am interviewing for a surgical progressive care unit.
  8. Hey all! Just wanted to lyk that there is another duplicate of this chat if you wanted to hop on there! Good luck ? https://allnurses.com/pomona-valley-RN-residency-sep-t768182/
  9. Congrats! Can I ask if your application status changed once you got the call?
  10. Congrats! What unit?
  11. congrats! which unit?
  12. Hi! I applied to Sharp Memorial 6W ◡̈
  13. For those who got interviews, what did you apply to? I'm wondering if they are reaching out per department based on what you applied for....
  14. During the second interview, they said they would get back to us this week! I'm hoping since both us had second interviews up until last week and its under "interview" status, we have a good shot at hearing back by the end of the week! Judging by previous forums, it seems like HR reaches out to us on different days depending on each department. Good luck to you! I'm sure all things will eventually work out ?
