Hello everyone, 

I wanted to start this thread for anyone who is applying for the Dallas/Plano Children's Health residency that begins in February 2025. I applied for the residency Monday and I am very excited and anxious. 

I haven't received anything but I thought if I didn't make the cut I would have received something

OK, you're still in. I have a friend who got an email last night for interview request. I'm guessing some units are slower than others. Don't lose hope!

Does anyone know when they send out interview information? My interview is Friday morning but I have a drive with lots of traffic. Would love to plan ahead. Thank you!!

They are supposed to send it out the night before! But all you do is go to the main parking garage (green garage) walk the sky bridge and check in at the main desk! 🙂 they will send you the hiring managers name to tell them when you check in

My interview was personally only 2 people, but my friends was 4.. 

they ask different behavior questions, name a time you made a mistake and how you overcame it, how you deal with upset patients etc.. I watched TikTok videos on advice and it was pretty helpful.

I had these same questions in both interviews. And CICU had 4 people and PICU had 6 🙃.

It was! I had 6 people interviewing me, was kinda surprised. All normal STAR method nursing interview questions, no case study or "what would you do" for me.
