Chico State Fall 2018

Hello all!!

I noticed there was no thread for fall 2018, so i decided to make one.

I have applied to 4 colleges for Fall semester, most are community colleges and Chico of course.

Im applying with 89 points I believe...not sure. This is my first time applying to Chico.

How many points are you guys applying with? What other colleges are you looking into?

I have created a facebook group for those who have been admitted and will be accepting a spot in the Fall 2018 Cohort.

The name of the group is Chico State Nursing Fall 2020 (The other cohorts named their groups by graduation date).

I'm number one on the alternate list but I will not be attending and going to Long Beach instead. It was a tough decision but good luck to you all!! ❤️

Hi i have been placed 4th on the alternate list and was wondering if there were any of you that got accepted that are declining. I've already read some of the comments im so close and really want to get in.

Has anyone else have yet to hear back about admission decision? Or am I the only one?

Are you talking about the alternate list email or the original email about decisions?

I mean I haven't gotten anything. No rejection email (which at this point I'm assuming it would be) etc. my portal says my application is still pending review.

Acceptance emails were sent last week. Alternate list emails were also sent. You should have gotten it by now and FYI the cutoff was 91.5 points so assume youre on the alternate list if you dont have those points. Unfortunately, if you do have those points, the deadline to accept was today, i think :(
