Any news? ?

Hi! I was interviewed by the CNO, the HR Director, and the Director of the unit I applied for. They asked questions like:
Remember ALWAYS smile and give eye contact. Take a few seconds to think about the questions before tackling on answering them. Best of luck to you!

- Tell me about yourself
- Why did you choose nursing?
- Why do you choose this unit?
- Why did you choose CHI St. Luke's? Why this location? (Research about the company and the expertise of that specific hospital)
- What are your greatest strengths?
- What are your weaknesses? (Talk about a weakness that is actually a strength! Like being a perfectionist - it is actually helpful to ensure you don't make any mistakes)
- Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years? (Talk about how you see yourself growing within the company! They want to see that you plan on being with them long-term)
- How do you deal with conflict?
- What are your plans for professional growth? (Again, say something that will benefit you AND them. Like for example, get certifications so you can be a better servant to the patients, etc.)
- How do you handle stress?
Remember ALWAYS smile and give eye contact. Take a few seconds to think about the questions before tackling on answering them. Best of luck to you!
wow that's amazing advice, thank you I really appreciate it
