Checking out Fortis College in Phoenix, Arizona

Published

I am considering going to Fortis for practical nursing rather than getting on the waiting list at the community colleges. Has anyone gone here and give me some information on how the financial aid process went? Was the hole cost covered or did you have to set up a payment plan of some kind?

To pay as much as Fortis costs to get an LPN is ridiculous. Have you looked into any community programs? There are at least 3 programs in my area that cost around 5K for the LPN program.

Oh goodness do not do Fortis. They are awful. Try a hospital-owned school or something along those lines.

Hello Op I go to Fortis College right now in Phoenix AZ it honestly is a great college the instructors really want you to success and try to get you where you need to be. You have to be on top of work papers, homework a lot of my class is behind it is a a lot of work and time management is the key to success you have to study, and work hard if you really want to be a nurse i say go for it. 24,000 yes that's a lot of money but I couldn't wait anymore if you can have the time for a comm college go for it I've also heard nothing be best about Fortis student who give bad reviews either failed the program or can't leave with the price. Good luck! keep in touch with me!!
