She wasnt paid ethier,Long story short my check was from the 10th and today is the 23rd I got my money 2 days before I'm schduled to have my next paycheck ..What do I do? Where can I report this I wont be giving them anymore available days after I cash my next check.

I don't think there's anywhere to report it, per se. The company is crap. It's not financially viable. You did ultimately get paid, so they don't owe you anything at this point, but if you continue, it's on you, now. You will be consenting to their way of doing things. You know what you're dealing with. And I'd say, go find another job, but I don't have to say that. Clearly, that job is going to evaporate fairly soon all on its own.

Good luck getting that next paycheck. :)

Where I used to live, people who insisted on working at the facilities known for bouncing paychecks engaged in a race to the bank every payday in hopes that their check might be one of the occasional ones that cleared. They knew what they were dealing with but did not go elsewhere for work because that meant leaving the area. If you choose not to change employment, then brace yourself for the inevitable. Should you decide to leave, then watch out that the owner does not also own the next place you go for work.

most states have a provision in their wage law that states if you are given a paycheck that bounces from that point on you can demand your pay in cash. That happened to me once here in Texas. Afterctbat point everycheck was a cash envelope wirh a pay statement.
