Chattahoochee Valley 2019 applicant

I am currently getting my classes and ACT results ready to apply to the 2019 RN program at CVCC. Anyone else applying? How many points are you going in with?

What!!! When I turned in my packet and asked her if they were going to push back the notification dates because of the extension and she made it clear and was very adamant about keeping the deadline. Please keep us posted on the actual date of notification. I'm dying over here lol.

Grrrr that makes me so mad! Where did you hear 4/8? The website still says applications were due 2/1.

I plan to go to the nursing office after class tomorrow. Poor communication and organization makes me very, very mad!

Exactly how I'm feeling right now ?!! I really hope that it isn't true. Idk if I can wait another 2wks...without calling every other day.

Heard from a friend, not sure where she heard it...but I do plan to call up there for confirmation. The website still says 01 February but they had the extension date up on the cvcc front page/banner for a few weeks, it was never reflected on the actual webpage for health sciences/nursing...I wish it was, it is sssoooo frustrating.

I am definitely calling tomorrow though...all these changes and not a courtesy email, notification on the schools website, or a pre-recorded message ??

Bad news...they haven’t even looked at applications yet! The department is meeting on April 4 to review them and decide. The coordinator wasn’t there, and the lady I spoke with didn’t know for sure when emails will go out, but she thinks it will be the following week, between April 8-12. Which is after early registration for summer so I don’t know what I’m going to do.

I applied with a 36 and I too am annoyed. I hope the program isn’t this unorganized.
