I wanted to see if anyone else on here plans to apply for the nursing program. I feel like my points (30) is pretty low, but Im still going to apply to see what happens. If you're applying, how many points do you have?

I wish you luck ! I am following this post for insight. My plans are to apply for CVCC Nursing program in 2019 after completing the requirements.

Hey everyone!! I am also applying to the nursing program for fall 2018. My points are also low (31) but i am still going to apply. Hopefully we get in. Good luck!

I'm applying with 35!

I applied with 32 points.

Does anyone know how many applied? And what the minimum acceptance score was last year?

I asked that same question when I dropped off my packet and (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) said that 31 was the least amount of points accepted last year. I'm not sure how many people applied this year but I know it's more than 100 and they are only accepting 65-70.

I live in GA near Cvcc and will be applying for 2019 at cvcc. I wonder if my credits from CSU and cols tech will transfer over? Is the Teas required?

Yes, they should. All of my credits from various places transferred (including Columbus tech). The TEAS is not required, they require the ACT now.

Thank you for the information! How is the program going for you thus far? Are the classes mainly in the evenings? I work full time but would be able to flex 1 or 2 days.

We are not in the program as of yet. We have applied and are awaiting acceptance. The classes are day classes only. All of the information you need can be found on their website at cv.edu.

Yeah, I've already looked at the site for hours and spoke with a nursing staff member today for better insight. Thanks.
