My name is Jamie. I attended the first application session today at Chattahoochee Tech for the Fall 2016 program. I've enjoyed following the last two groups of prospective students on these boards and thought I would see if I could get one started for the 2016 applicants. I'd love to get to know other prospectives and share the emotional rollercoaster that hopefully ends on a high!! :)

Can I ask a question, did everyone that got accepted receive a letter in the mail first or email? I am just curious because I applied to pn prgoram did not know the steps.

We only received a letter in the mail. We then had to confirm our spots by sending an email to admissions. Good luck to you!

I believe we all received letters in the mail. We then had to email them to accept or decline the spot. And they emailed back a confirmation.

Sure. I had a 4.0 prerequisite GPA and an 87 on my TEAS. Good luck to you (assuming you are applying). Hope to see you in the hallways next fall.

So ladies! I've read through all of your amazing comments! How are you guys doing ending your first semester!? I am applying fall 2017 and so excited... really to excited lol. Congrats to all that made it! And I hope those that didn't had a back up plan ready!

Crickets are chirping. haha So sorry. We want to support you just as the class ahead of us has done for us...and we all will. We had a test today and are all a little exhausted. Our semester final is on the 12th. We are all hanging in there. It is quite a ride. A big adjustment, but everything is incredibly interesting. I love what we are learning. Our class is fantastic too. Everyone is there to help each other. That is so key. Good luck to you! I'm sure you will see more answers to your questions after the 12th. :)

Hey drneeta! Welcome!! I'm currently in the program right now, my name is LC :) if you have any questions let us know. We don't get on here much anymore unless we get a new post but anyone who gets the notification would be willing To help! If your class doesn't have a thread started yet, I would def start one! A lot of us that made the program got to keep up with each other before we knew we made it and find out when everyone's acceptance or denial letters came in, it was a great way to make new friends. Good luck!!
