Who has applied to CTC for Fall 2015 ASN?

I noticed last year's group on allnurses, and I thought I'd start us off with a thread for Fall 2015 hopefuls.

I'm so glad to see current nursing students popping in on here! You guys are incredible and your kind words are soooooo appreciated!!!

Hope to get to meet you soon! I'm totally camping by my mailbox!

UPDATE::::: I just received an email inviting me for an interview for the Practical Nursing-LPN program. I guess that means I did not get in the ASN-RN program. Someone please tell me from previous experience you got invited to interview for both program and got in the ASN-RN program? Anybody?

Did you apply for the Lpn program? Or is this just out of the blue?

I did apply to both but ASN is my first choice. I applied to LPN as a plan-b so I can get my nursing career to move forward..

Gotcha. Well that probably doesn't mean anything specific since none of us have received anything... But good luck!!! It's excellent you had a plan B in your back pocket!

Thank you Harkins. I am in my 40's so It'stime to get something started and done... I hope to meet everyone soon and hope everyone on this board gets in.

Yea it definitely does NOT mean you didnt get into the ADN program. 2 separate departments all together.

And Jennifer and Donna.. Im glad you joined me !! Jenn I will NEVER forget the hoops you had to jump through to get that letter. At least we can laugh about it now!!

Eddie neither will I! You said we'd laugh about it in 18 months and you were right! Hopefully you guys will get your letters this week! Eddie is right LPN and RN are two separate programs so the invite to interview for LPN doesn't mean you didn't get in. Good luck everyone :)
