Congratulations!! How do you like the program overall? Also how competitive is acceptance ?

Thank you. Overall, I thought the program was pretty unorganized and you have to be flexible and a self-teacher to make it through. I do not believe it was very competitive when I applied in March of 2018. Latest cohort was around 40 I believe, mine is 27. IDK if COVID would affect these numbers or not...

really appreciate it ! my biggest thing is scoring high on this TEAS next week LOL but the school website doesn't have much info on it so this site helps a lot

Hi everyone,

I’m also going to complete the application but have receive minimal communication from the school. I hope that changes once I finish my last prerequisite and take the TEAS. Their having an open house event on the 26th I believe. Hopefully that’s helpful

Hey,

I'll be logged into the open house event as well.. I was able to get in contact with someone by calling the office and she was able to send me more in depth information.. apparently the person who oversees new admissions left abruptly so that's the reason for lack of communication.

I hope we get more information from them. I spoke briefly to Erin, is that the person that helped you? This isn’t the first school that seems to change staff frequently but it just hurts us getting our questions answered. I need to finish a Nutrition class and take the TEAS. Are you done with everything for your application?

Yep, same person.. I already took my TEAS and am finishing up my Microbiology lab. Thats really the only thing besides the 3 letters of recommendation that are pending. Remember that the TEAS has to be overall 75% as well as each section.

She was helpful. That’s great you got the testing out the way. I’m going to focus on that come October. I bought two books to review. Any tips on how you made sure you passed?
