  1. Congrats! Getting in is such a relief! My advisor sent me a fb group. There’s not much going on there but hopefully there will be soon. Let me know if you need me to send you the link.
  2. from my experience that’s good news! I kept checking after I saw these changes and then I got the official acceptance letter and a $500 deposit request. Which location did you apply to? Congratulations! The wait was worth it! Which location did you apply to?
  3. Then that sounds good. Hope you get your big news soon!
  4. Hi! I’m going to the Maywood campus come Fall. I’m waiting to apply for loans to pay for school and might look into getting a job that’s flexible. Not sure if we are allowed to work but I think something on weekends would be nice. If you see any good options please share. Thanks
  5. Mine advisor was the same, kept saying maybe even 4 weeks or so. But I don’t think they are involved much, besides screening the candidates. Wishing you good luck. Have you logged back to confirm you have everything checked on the list?
  6. Ugh, Chemistry is my last class! I hope it isn’t too bad. But your stats look good. Just stay optimistic for sure.
  7. This is great! Can’t wait to meet you.
  8. Congratulations! Yes, that’s the first change I noticed as well. Hopefully there’s more updates soon, I kept logging in to check.
  9. Yeah of course. I don’t mind. My background was in business and my undergrad GPA was literally a 3.0. I did have a high GPA for my science prerequisites so that helped raised my GPA because they combine all the classes. And I didn’t have any nursing experience but I did volunteer at a hospital this year. I still am working on my class two classes as well, so stay hopeful. I’ll like to know your stats if you’re okay with that as well. I also applied on January 4th so I think that’s why I’m hearing back this soon.
  10. Hey! No, I didn’t see it. My advisor was the one who mentioned she saw it on her end. I just got my official letter today. It was the last thing I got. I started getting small update, the admit checklist, then a financial aid email from Loyola, then today I saw a school ID #, then it was asking for $500 deposit, I was confused since there was still no official letter but then I got it! I hope everyone starts getting more info soon. I’m relocating back home from cali and would like to see if anyone else is in the same boat.
  11. Nice! Thanks for sharing. Glad I’m not the only one.
  12. My advisor mentioned that it’s 100 students per cohort. But I don’t know how it’s split between the two. Have you completed all your prerequisite. I’m still working on my last two.
  13. I applied to Maywood. How about you?
  14. Thanks! I heard there was more applicants for the Maywood campus too. But I think you are still early. From what I saw in last cohort some people still applied late and got in.
  15. Yes, I saw the update today. I think it’s a good sign from what I read from the last cohort but still no official decision yet. I shows a list of the prerequisites classes now and I’m still pending two. Hope you see an update soon. Sorry about that. I would contact your school to insure they sent them over then follow up with Loyola again. Hope they receive it soon.
