I just submitted my application to Charity School of Nursing for the Spring 2013 semester. The deadline is May 15, 2012. Has anyone else out there applied for this semester?

Hey ya'll just came across ur post. I'm also from Northshore and will be in ur classes. My acceptance letter somehow got lost in the mail so was told the last orientation session is tommorow oct 4th at 1:00. I live in Covington and would love to exchange info for carpooling. does anyone know if we need anything to fill out for the flu vaccination?

Ok I am so confused!!!!! I know that I need to get a flu shot but what is there to send in as proof? Also for the other vaccinations do I need to ask the doctor for confirmation of the shots I receive or do I just fill out the dates I received it from the paperwork from that immunitrax website?

@KristenNola, I just asked the doctor to print out an immunization record for the vaccines I received and he initialed it. I'm going to upload it to immunitrax, and I guess then it is up to the school to review it.

My Dr just wrote "Flu vaccine" and the date on the physical form along with all the other vaccines I got and the website accepted it. BTW, I was wondering if anyone has gotten that letter that they said we were suppose to be getting saying who our advisor was going to be? I remember them saying they would send it out but I haven't gotten anything. I just wanted to know if I'm the only one lol

For vaccination requirements I uploaded my immunization records. For titer requirements I uploaded the titer results from the lab!

It wasn't mailed out until Tuesday bc I was there on Monday but I haven't received anything yet!

@ vtaylor1975 I received the same type of acceptance! Don't be bummed bc ur still in....in not Spring then definitely Fall. At the info session I attended I heard there were seats opening due to students deferring enrollment.
