Hi, in nursing homes/LTC facilities what exactly is a Charge Aide, Charge CNA? What is there job description? What do they do thats different from regular Nurse Assistants?

I've worked in a few places that had Lead CNAs. They were given a dollar or so more per hour and were responsible for making sure the other CNAs did all their work....weights, I&Os, vitals, charting....

No they dont give job descriptions, they just have Charge Aide on the white board and Thanks!!!
