I currently work in a long term care/skilled therapy facility. I have an interview for an OR position that I would love to have. Just seeking some tips to help really sell myself and how my skills from being in long term care for a year can be effective in this new setting. I feel like it will be a bit tough to convince them I'm best for the position esp. If other candidates have OR experience or any experience in a hospital setting that I do not have. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
