I currently work in a long term care/skilled therapy facility. I have an interview for an OR position that I would love to have. Just seeking some tips to help really sell myself and how my skills from being in long term care for a year can be effective in this new setting. I feel like it will be a bit tough to convince them I'm best for the position esp. If other candidates have OR experience or any experience in a hospital setting that I do not have. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

There's a few resources here at AN you can browse through:

Nursing Interview Help has basic ideas for interviews. Be sure to also check out the FAQ tab in the light blue bar above the forum title.

Then there's the OR forum itself, which can be a wealth of information.
