Change - what would you want to see ?

I'm writing a paper on a change within the health care system. What would you like to see implemented within your setting. The change can be something specific from implementing a new pain flow sheet to something a bit more general. I'd love to hear what nurses would like to see changed within their work. thanks. :yeah:

Give nurses more authority and autonomy to go with all the responsibility and liability.

More nurse graduates so nurses don't have to do so much overtime. Same with doctors. Both the AMA and ANA lobby Congress. I'd also like to see a health care system that implements a SMART card also like Taiwan...
