when did they change the deadlines for HESI A2 test?

Hi,

I am applying for spring 2010 admission for UTA nursing. does anyone know when they changed the deadlines of the HESI A2 test. the deadline was August 1 for spring submit and now theyve changed it to june 1! i could have sworn i just went on the uta nursing website the other day and the deadline was still august 1. i couldnt even register to take it at UTA because the deadline for registration was may 1.

I'm not familiar with UTA policy but find out if you can take the HESI A2 at another campus and just submit your scores. Don't panic over the test it basic knowledge. I have taken all the parts except chem and physics so I cant give advice on those, but review you A&P if its been awhile. It is basic question also just review what parts of the brain control what, hormones, viens... Good luck!!

hey there! I became interested in UTA back in Jan, and the deadline back then was Jun 1. I also made an appointment in March, and the date was the same. It seems extremely early to me, but what can I do? Been studying every day for about 2 hrs for the last two weeks. Take it at end of May. Goodluck. Sorry about the bad news.

yea it looks like my best bet is to just find another place to take the test at, which is ok. i just hope everything goes smoothly and i can get the results submitted to uta in time. i guess i should have been going to my advisor to keep up with things. the last time i went was i think around the beggining of january.

did you end up taking the HESI or not? I was just curious to find out what you ended up doing.

yeah they've been really pushing the deadline this semester, my friend took the Hesi and said it was super easy! she studied the day before the test and made all above 90% on each section! I'm taking it this coming Saturday and I just started studying today, I'm also going to UTA on Wed to drop off my application! Can you guys believe the deadline is already here! Hey goopsy when are you taking the hesi?

Hey there misspink! I took it this morning actually. Yes, the components were easy. I studied about 3-4 weeks. I had to also take a&p, bio, and chemistry for TWU. they were easy as well, but only because I refreshed. Goodluck next week!
