change of BON

Hi, i'm a nurse from the Philippines. I applied for NCLEX to CA BON and upon reading the posts here, they say that it takes ages for them to look at my papers. Can I apply also to a different state like New Mexico for example?

Visa Screen should only take a few months, allowing for the mail system.

I personally believe that the IELTS series is a better way to go to begin with. You are able to get all of the English testing in just one day. You do not need to send documents again for the Visa Screen, just the application, along with the money..................... :balloons:

You do not need to have a hospital sponsor you for the Visa Screen, but without it, none of your paperwork will be processes by the US Embassy.
