Chandler nice/bad areas??????

hi folks

im sure you may have noticed from previous threads/posts that my family are relocating to az this fall, i have a job in casa grande, but thought we might live in chandler due to the schools being much better

any thoughts on good bad areas? or areas which are good for families

There really isn't one...it's just a little less well kept up than the other areas...it is mainly the area near downtown Chandler (Warner to Chandler Blvd. along AZ Ave.) but the city has actually been working really hard to clean it up and it has improved quite a bit.
