Anyone go to this campus? Would you recc?
Banner Gateway med. cntr. seems to be a great hospital & their fellows program also seems to be the best way to go, but as far as school out there goes this is the closest campus.
I do love gateway & will make the drive if need be. i'd rather drive then go to a bad school lol
Just trying to figure out where to go!

I take my pre-reqs there right now. I like the Pecos Campus. It's probably the newest out of all the MCCD colleges. I do have a couple of classes at the Williams campus. It's weird- it doesn't feel like a college, just a few buildings here and there with a parking lot or two. I don't know much about their housing, other than the fact that its available. Overall, its not too bad. Hell, you only gotta go there for 2 years, right? Jeremy

I've heard some bad things about their Fellows program (most folks seemed to infer that the MCC one was by far less problematic), I'd do a search and check that out :)
I'm planning on taking Microbiology and A&P I there next semester. I'll keep the board updated on my experiences..

I currently take classes at CGCC. So far I'm having no issues. Although I've seen another board on here somewhere that had complaints about the nursing program. I'm not sure what the details were except that the students were not happy.
I'm currently taking Chem and Bio and the instructors for both classes are great. The chem instructor especially - very funny. Definitely going to need the humor for chemistyr..lol
Good luck to you!
just remember that your chem and bio teachers maybe personable, but they will not be your nursing instructors: take a clue from those in the actual program.

I'm taking the same classes (if you're taking 181) and you're right. Bio is interesting, but chemistry is going to be a bit of a chore
Yes i'm taking 181. I signed onto the chem spring 2008 online study thing under the student section here....
I'm hoping it won't be too bad...lol.
