I spoke with the advising office and they said our semester will continue as usual. We won’t be having any clinicals our first semester so it won’t be affected

I spoke with the old dean of nursing in January & she told me that they are working on the 2 year program, but she said she wouldn’t recommend it because of the load! Not sure when they are doing that though

Thank you so much for following up! One of my friends is an upperclassmen in the nursing program and he hasn't heard anything about their clinicals / if they're holding their schedules back.

Are you by chance attending the "online admitted student event"? I think I reserved mine for April 8.. Is this even required to "attend"? LOL.

Hi! Yup got my denial email but they recommended me for their Community and Public Health degree, which is weird. Do any of you already have an associates degree or are you folks just starting school?

Hello, I am so sorry to hear that... I have 52 credits from KCC, but did not get my associates. Are you a first year or you've been in school?

Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that ? It’s a very long story, but to spare you the novel- I was born & raised in Hawaii and left in 2009 to attend an out state school; I graduated in 2013 with my bachelor’s. Most of my credits transferred over but I would still start in semester 1 with everyone else, maybe just taking some different courses / courses I haven’t taken yet.

No, I got my AA in liberal arts from KCC in 2018 and took all of the science courses needed. So, I’m really not sure why they made that decision. I’m waiting on the director of admissions to return my call.
