Has anyone got their letter of acceptance for Chamiande Nursing program starting fall 2020? I know the priority deadline to apply was Feb 1 but I have heard in the past that others find out in February!

I applied to Chaminade in late Jan and got my acceptance letter on March 2 via email! So excited to meet everyone in the fall! I've submitted my FAFSA earlier in March but haven't heard anything from Chaminade yet in regards to that. I also did get my transcripts reviewed to see what would / wouldn't transfer (from Marlene Baker), that was sent through regular mail.
Is anyone really anxious about our semester actually starting on time due to COVID?
Hi there!
Oh WOW!! I haven't heard anything about that, how interesting! I wish they would do that for this year's cohort, but I'm just really blessed to get in ?
Congrats! If I may ask, what were your grades and essay about? I just submitted my application for fall 2021 nursing program. I’ve tried KCC in the past but never got accepted.

Hii! my grades were majority A's couple B's and the essay is basically about why nursing, why Chaminade, any curricular activities that you participated in and your job experiences. Yeah I tried KCC but I got waitlisted as well. I've read you have straight A's, you should have no problem getting in. You'll be fine

I currently have straight As. I currently have my AA in liberal arts and AS in management, I’ll be doing the transfer student path.
Hey! I got into chaminade with a 3.4GPA but I have 4 years of nursing aide experience. I also had my AA when transferring. The most frustrating thing is that you will still be on track for 4 years. So currently I’m double majoring as specific nursing classes only happen certain time. Good luck!

Yes, this year they are doing a “3 year accelerated program” but it’s lottery based & only 32 students were allowed in.
