Any chaminade university fall 2014 applicants out there? Anyone got acceptance letter yet?

Current students, how do you like the program so far? I know it's very young program. How competitive is it?

Admissions will not start reviewing applications until after February 1st and from what I heard, the school does not notify you until after March 1st... Hopefully even sooner. I heard all but good things about CUH's nursing program but i too want to know more.. I wish you all the luck! :)

Aloha, I was very surprised to get a Phone Call from CUH today (4FEB2014) congratulating me on admission into the Fall '14 Cohort. I just barely got my full packet in by the Feb1 deadline. Good Luck to everyone - Look forward to meeting you in the Fall.

Hi guys! I'm a sophomore at KCC and I'm considering applying to Chaminade for Spring 2015 if I don't get in KCC this fall.. I just want to know a little more information on the requirements :) what were the requirements when you guys applied?

A year of algebra, chemistry, 2 letters of recommendation and personal statement. If you transfer - all the transcripts from previous colleges and high school. That's info for transfer student. Fresh from high school are supposed to take some tests, but I'm not sure. There is information in their site. They kind of flexible though. I didn't have any algebra, but only precalculus, they still accepted me. Also there is no Spring, only Fall cohorts.

Yay thank you! Does it matter which level of algebra? Like, algebra I or algebra II? Since i'm not fresh from high school I don't need to take the SAT/ACT right? lol or my compass score? I tried reading their website, but I got confused when they wanted my SAT/ACT or compass test score, since I don't know where my original copy of those scores are lol and I don't think they're valid anymore either.. Thank you for the reply! If I don't get into any of the other programs this year, I will definitely be applying to chaminade next year :)

You always can call them. They are very helpful, I had great experience with admission office

I too was accepted and will be moving from ohio! Are you staying on campus or getting off campus housing . Has anyone received the nursing packet yet? Congrats to everyone accepted!
