Hey everyone,
I applied to the Sacramento Chamberlain Fall 2018 program. I did not see any other forums for this particular start date, so I wanted to start one. I just finished my Hesi attempt number two, and now I'm just waiting for the month to be over to hear some good news. I wish us all good luck!

Hi, I just finished my second attempt today and was told that the committee is meeting the first week of may. Hopefully good news around then!

Hey guys! I applied also and was told that there will be a meeting April 18th! Good luck!
What did you guys get on the HESI?
I got a 92 on mine. I was told by my advisor I would be getting a different advisor who is supposed to email me today and said she would keep me updated on the committee. I was told first week of May but if they meet this week that would be nice also!
Hi everyone! I got an email last Friday that the next committee meeting was 4/18 as well, and that I would get a call about "eligibile". "denied" or "on hold" anywhere from 4/19-4/25.
I hope we get in!!! I got a 92 on my HESI as well, and as also told that I would have a new advisor.
Awesome! I read in previous threads that most applicants accepted had around a 90 on their hesi. My advisor said 80s or 90s is what they like to see so hopefully a 92 is enough! idk what my overall gpa is since I've taken so many classes but I've been on the deans list the last 2 years and I wrote a letter to the committee explaining my grades from over 10 years ago since I had a D and a couple Cs. I retook them all and now have As and Bs but didn't want them to judge me based on old grades.
My new advisor just emailed me. She said 92 is "very competitive" so I think that's good news for us. She said when she had news about committee dates she would let me know. Maybe they have different dates for different people? I just took my second attempt yesterday so maybe that's why. I'm not sure exactly how they do their admissions process and it seems like no one else does either lol.
I've been reading through the forums a lot and most of the people who got accepted had scores in the 90s!!! I have a theory that they take the HESI into account more than GPA based on what other people were saying. I got a 93.5% on the HESI and my GPA is only a 3.55 so hoping for the best! And I think there is a committee meeting tomorrow for the "early applicants".
When did you all apply and take your hesi? I applied in January but didn't take my hesi until yesterday. I feel like this process has been so long, I can't wait for it to be over.
I took my Hesi in March twice, and applied in December. I agree! I am so anxious to hear a decision!
I took my HESI March 20th and chose not to take the second attempt and I believe I applied in February ? Hoping they call tomorrow! Have you guys heard of being put "on dock" for the next semester ?
