Hey :) I'm currently applying (literally...just put in my CC info hahaha)... I am hoping to start in January! I enjoy that when I google chamberlain, I don't see the complaints etc that I've seen with other online programs! I live in SD and told my hubby yesterday that we would be making a weekend trip (mini vaca for him!) to Addison Illinois later in my program....I'm glad thats my only travel requirements. When are you lookin to start?
I applied too... hoping for that late Oct start of maybe Jan. I guess it's a new program just starting this Sept... guess no one is actually IN this program yet.[/quote']I'm hoping the admission process doesn't take long to hear back :) I applied on Monday, said he would get me in touch with financial aid next week.... Crossing my fingers!!
Hi, I am on the same boat, hoping start in Nov. or Jan. every class 1:20 ratio for faculty and student, the only concern I have was they made admission so smooth, and they may try to make the class to hard to pass. I am afraid. By the way, my job can pay whole my program approx 35k. How about you guys? Jane
Hi, I too am looking at this program. I don't understand what you mean by this:
"the only concern I have was they made admission so smooth, and they may try to make the class to hard to pass. I am afraid. By the way, my job can pay whole my program approx 35k. How about you guys? Jane"
What makes you think they would make the courses too hard to pass?
I am waiting for my acceptable :-D hopefully will know next week. I will accept if offered. The financial aid was super easy to complete. They put you in touch with the FA person who walks you through everything and breaks all your options down... With in a few days my financial aid was sitting in my account waiting to be used if I get accepted in the program. I got just enough to cover my needs (a friend was offered 7k for a 5k semester and couldn't accept partial money!)
thanks! ~b. Sent from my iPhone using allnurses.com

Is anyone enrolled in the online FNP program at Chamberlain? I am interested in hearing anyone's experiences with the program. Thanks.
