Hi All,I will be starting the RN-BSN program this September, wondering if there are any other students out there that might be joining me? It would be nice to make some contacts.
I am really excited about getting started at Chamberlain. I've heard nothing but good things about them from my research and from colleagues.
Hi, I am a student @ Chamberlain and have enjoyed the entire experience. I will take the Capstone course in September. Good luck!
I don't blame you at all. My first choice was the September start date but when I thought about I have nothing but work from July to September so might as well get started in July.Awesome! I decided to take the summer off, I just finished my ADN in Jan, so I wanted to have some time to catch up with my family and stuff before diving into school again for the next 9 months.
So many of my work colleagues and myself are in Chamberlain and we all love it . We are in the RN-BSN program and some are finishing now because they decided on student loans. Furthermore, our Magnet hospital only pays for about two classes ,and I just can't see doing the loan. This online school is so huge that out of twenty or more students (from just one department)we never meet up in class-that means alot of instructors. As long as, your computer ,and Android/iPhone is ready to roll you are ready for take off.Pain free !
Im supposed to be starting the 9th as well but I havent yet been in to map out my financial aid, I do that next week. Has anyone already done that process? I'm a mother of twins and will definitely not be able to fund anything out of pocket, so I'm solely relying on grants/loans. Has anyone been able to get the full tuition covered by grants and loans? Ill get the maximum amount for the pell grant, and hoping to get at least one of chamberlain's grants as well, but Im worried that the loan maximum's still wont cover the rest of the tuition. Do they help you with this, if your a couple grand short? Cause I definitely can't pay that raising two babies. Any one with info on this please let me know, Im so excited to start and I dont want to not be able to because I cant afford it.
Krisz, I just started with NR351, and now wished I took 2 classess. That class is very easy. I too, researched a lot of schools and even though Chamberlain may be most expensive per unit credit, there are less classes I needed to take. They are so helpful and available at CHamberlain too! I think you will be glad you chose them.
