Hello everyone, I am interested in applying to Chamberlain for 2020 at the Pearland campus in Texas. Iv'e been doing research, and some of the bad reviews frighten me... please feel free to comment anything regarding Chamberlain if you are also on the same boat as me, or already a student there.
Im so scared of being declined admission at Chamberlain. My transcript is not the best, but I have a 3.21 GPA and have an AA in Business. I am currently studying for the HESI, as I feel that can save me. ???

Good luck! Will you be transferring in with all the pre-req already completed?

Thanks, same to you! I’m hoping to transfer in at least 55 credits to cut down costs. I’m registered for some Summer courses now that I will transfer over before the semester starts at Chamberlain. When do you plan on applying?

WOW! That’s great. I will be transferring fewer credits. I plan to apply soon, I’m using the HESI pocket prep and the HESI practice book that Chamberlain recommends to study first.

Oh OK, I didn’t really worry about the HESI because it waived for right now. I think she said they would base the acceptance off of your GPA and passion statement for now. Then you would have to take the HESI after the first 8 week session just to have it on file. She said they wouldn’t kick you out of the program if you don’t pass it.

Oh WOW!! I had no idea they are waiving the test for now. Thanks for letting me know! I hope I can start this year!

The schools are set to open in June 27th, so I am also preparing for the HESI just incase I have to take it around that time.
