I was also accepted to the January 2014 program. How many credits did you transfer in? The first week of classes has gone by so fast, how do you like it??
I guess I'm going to attempt to see if anyone is out there that is now applying to the May or September start? (Houston)
For the ones who previously commented in this thread, did y'all get accepted and how do you like it so far?
And is there anyone out there that applied and met and or exceeded all the requirements, GPA of 2.75 or higher and a HESI score of at least 75% and did NOT get accepted?
I just finished my HESI today and finally turned in all my paperwork for the September start. My advisor said that my application won't be up for review till after May though. She said that they are still reviewing and accepting applicants for the May start and don't start looking at September till after May. I went to an open house and the instructors contradicted this information so I'm really confused about everything unfortunately. I just pray I get in, aside from the administration confusions it seems like a really amazing school to attend.
Hello. I plan on applying for January 2015. I am transferring from another college and I did a transcript evaluation and just about all of my credits are transferable. I noticed that on their BS degree plan, some of the courses that are worth only 3 credit hours are worth 4 credit hours for them. For example, the university that I am attending now has an algebra course that's only worth 3 credits, but at Chamberlain, its worth 4 credits. It is just a bit confusing to me, because I am not sure if they're going to take the grades I got at my current school and convert it to their point system which will change my cumulative GPA. If you have any insight on this, I would greatly appreciate your advice. Thanks!
