Hi There,

Are there any Chaffey Collge nursing students on this forum? I'm currently taking my pre req's at Riverside Community College, but am thinking about switching to Chaffey?

I had a B.S. degree before nursing school, but was missing some pre-reqs. Took them at Chaffey. It was a very good experience overall- good instructors and learned alot. Watch out for the general ed classes, however, because some of the less motivated students there who seem to just be taking up seats, can be challenging to be around (incredibly rude & slovenly with instructors and students alike)- but I hear that this is everywhere now. But the sciences & language classes were surprisingly good learning experiences.

I took a great Anatomy class there. Teacher was hard...lost most of the class before it was over. But what she taught stuck with me. And when I got to the four year college, my classes were easier because she'd pounded in more than the basics.

I graduated from the Chaffey VN program in 2005 and worked around the RN instructors.

Hi,

I was reading your post because I started taking my prereqs at Chaffey . Thought that I would go to nursing school but moved to San Diego.. Anyway, I enjoyed that school. Is Mr. Boring still teaching Anatomy and Physiology?

I am writing to ask you about being an OR tech. My son is thinking about the training program. I can't really tell him much about the daily duties of the job. Can you, fill me in on the details, please?

Thank you,

cathi
