Chaffey College ADN program in Spring 2019

Hello everyone,

i am applying for Spring 2019. I decide to create a new board because I did not found one yet. I just want to know how the ADN program works and people who are applying. Just update and keep in touch information on the thread. Good luck everyone who is applied.

Is there any other place to complete math 401? That's the one I'm missing, I applied but I won't be getting in because I don't have it. Thank you for the heads up!

Math 401 is only offered through Chaffey. San Bernardino Valley offers a pharmacy calculations class but I don't know if it would satisfy Chaffey's requirement. Why do you say you're not going to get in? I think it just all depends on the applicant pool.

I will have to try and register for it then. Well I guess I'll try and be more optimistic lol. Hopefully, they consider people without it.

I'm so nervous. October is coming. I think they are selecting applicant this week ad sent out acceptance letters on last day of this week. sighhh, i hate the wait. Hopefully we all get in. If you guys receive anything let me know.

I just done my math401 class last week, but on the application I wrote in progress for the math class because I turned it on the Sep 5th. I dont know they do care or not about that 1 unit class

Yes so stressful & nerve wracking! Good luck everyone! I think they should be making decisions in the upcoming days since yesterday was the last day to submit an application online. Based on previous years posts I know most people get acceptance/alternate letters on the 6th-10th. So if it's not by the end of the week we'll definitely know by early next week.

thanks for creating this board i was looking for Chaffey ADN program applicants. Im so nervous. I also turned in my application 2 weeks ago Im hoping I get in. I dont have math 401 done yet and great this is my first time applying and really 200 applicants is alot but if i receive an acceptance letter i will post when I heard by Friday we should hear something May God be in everyones favor

Hello, how do you know we suppose to receive mail on friday? I heard from previous board for those people who have not done math 401, they dont favor of selecting, but who knows. I hope we all get in

@HeyHey84 Good luck! Ahhh by Friday really!? Did someone from the nursing department tell you that?

I was thinking it wouldn't be until maybe Saturday or Monday hopefully it is by the end of this week though!!!

yeah i heard that from a previous nursing student however this school may be different mail does run late so. Yes i hope all of us do get in. good luck to all agian and yeah if they don't except me for not having my math 401 it is what it is Life goes on ans so we we all I will apply next semester and keep trying until i get in . I believe that when its my time its my time

@HeyHey84 Thats a Great mindset to have! I need to start thinking more like that. I'm just so anxious to get into a program & start my nursing journey I know I'm going to get discouraged if I don't get in but nonetheless less I'll never give up until I get in somewhere!

Did you guys all only apply to Chaffey or other schools as well?
