Chabot Fall 2021

Hey guys, I didn't see a forum for this upcoming fall yet so I wanted to make one. I also had some questions and hopefully we can help each other out especially since times right now are tough.

I had trouble with that too!! I ended up calling them and they told me that the password is our 8 digit birthday (for example if you were born January 1, 1999 it would be 01011999 instead of 010199). I was trying to login with the 6 digit one so that was why I couldn't figure it out LOL. Sorry for replying after the deadline, I hope you figured it out before then!

I think you'll get a confirmation soon because I got mines. Thats a lot of schools haha the more the merrier. I wouldn't risk my chances either so I applies to a lot as well.

HI everyone! I submitted my application last month and I will be applying with 82 points. Not sure where I stand due to the fact they do a lottery with the highest scoring applicants 1/3 I think. And I applied to 3 schools total.

I was looking at Merrit and CCSF but I really want Chabot. The only thing holding me back is a psychology class. I took a different psych than the one they have on their pre-requisites. Hopefully I can get that substituted

Did you guys have to Mail out a packet to chabot ?

Instead of mail, Chabot had us email the packet.  A confirmation email was sent a few days later.

Did everyone get a confirmation email from Chabot Nursing department after they sent their application?

I sent mine back on Jan 13th and haven't received a confirmation email

I sent my email application packet to  [email protected]

Hi @TimCC,

Not sure if everyone received a confirmation email from Chabot Nursing Dept. but I did.  I emailed my application from my Chabot email account to [email protected] on Fri 1/8 and I received a confirmation email on 1/15.  Did you send your application from your Chabot email account?

The email says:

Thank you for submitting an application to the Chabot College Nursing Program. This confirms receipt of your application.  

Note:  All correspondence regarding your program application and admission status (selected, alternate, non-acceptance, not eligible) to the Fall 2021 Nursing Program will be sent to your Chabot student Zonemail account on or around May 15th.

Hi,

Made an account to check in with you. I also did not receive a confirmation email. I applied via my Chabot email to [email protected] on January 15th. I wrote an inquiry email regarding this question on February 25th and have yet to receive a response. 

Did you ever receive a confirmation and/or a reply?
