I recently learned that CGFNS sent my certificate to the Vermont Service Center. However, my documents are being processed at the Nebraska Service Center. Is this going to be a problem or cause delay? How should this matter be resolved?

Hi I am new here. Currently working here in Saudi Arabia. I wish somebody could help me. I am rostered for CGFNS qualifying exams on March 14, 2007. My concern is the review centers in Philippines. I have contacted Rachell Allen and is about to reserve a slot. I heard that GAPUZ is housing their reviewees night before the exam date in a hotel while Allen does not. Will it make any difference being housed or not? Or is there any relevant information GAPUZ could impart a night before the exam which I would miss if I were to go for Allen Review?
Please help.

Are you planning to work in a state that requires the CGFNS exam?
Not really planning to work to a state that requires CGFNS exams. But most of my collegues here in King Fahad advise that getting CGFNS is still the best option to get an immigrant visa. I do not really know the exact situation. But I am already rostered.
If you don't need it, I'd cancel and ask CGFNS to apply the funds to my visa screen certificate or CES report. Waste of time and money otherwise.
That certificate is not sent to USCIS, it is presented by you when you go for your interview at US Embassy. Or if in the US and going via AOS, then you submit a copy of it when they request it, if it was not included with your original petition.

There is no relevant information that Gapuz will give you, other than a good chance of getting into trouble later on. His centers are under review by both the Philippine govet for cheating issues with the NLE exam, and with other offices for questionable issues of cheating with NCLEX and CGFNS exams. Because you are out of the country, you may not have heard much about that.
And your friends are giving you incorrect information, the CGFNS exam does not help you get an immigrant visa over the NCLEX exam, the NCLEX exam is required for all states, the CGFNS exam only by a few. I would not waste the time preoparing for it as it is much different from the NCLEX exam.
Thank you suzanne.

Hi guys,
My fiancee took and passed the June 06 NLE, she has registered for the license but the PRC has deferred in giving the actual license till Jan of 07. We are really itching to get the ball rolling...query, can she send in her applications to NY BON and CGFNS CVS without the license per se, with the license information to follow? or can she send it and state that she was never(technically speaking) licensed yet? Is this wise? or is it an act of frustration and desperation that might bring more trouble.sigh.....
