To all who are navigating the CGFNS system :
Is there ANYONE out there who has any suggestions on getting CGFNS to start earning their money? I have yet to hear any positive experiences, the main problems being the length of time they take to do their job and I have read posts on other forums that they can be quite rude when trying to get some feedback from them by phone.
Anyone willing to swap notes??
I finally gor a chance to look at CGFNS website. There have been some changes to it and it no longer lists the head of customer service. In the recent past, it did. I am no longer sure if S. Thorne is in charge any longer, but if you send the email to her, and she is no longer there, it will immediately be returned to you by the mailboxes at CGFNS.

Thank you Suzanne for that advice. I hope all the other candidates take note and email their concerns to CGFNS. Is email better than a phone call or a fax? Do you know if CGFNS have an audit system in place to monitor any correspondence? I am thinking if enough people raise the issue of poor customer service then perhaps someone will start to listen?

I am not sure what they have in place. For some reason, complaints have increased the past year or two..........and not sure what they are doing about it. This is why I have told all of my students not to take the exam, and just worry about NCLEX and then Visa Screen. Too many problems with the exam, this is also why many states are no longer requiring it.
Please let me know what you find out............ :)

Wonder if they (CGFNS) are aware, or interested for that matter, of how we all feel about the dissatisfaction of their 'service'. Surely if enough of us complain to the Head of Customer Service, they may sit up & take note? I for one am certainly going to start beating down the door after the holidays, anyone with me?
