CGfNS Exam

I really need some help right now, i am taking the CGFNS next week and no matter how much i study everytime that i take one of the tests that they sent to me i get sixty something percent. I would really appreciate if people who have taken the exam would help me on some strategies to improve :crying2: .

in my own opinion, if ur lookin for a review center, try .. it really helps.. it boost your self - esteem and confidence esp wen taking the exam.. took the cgfns exam last month and passed in one take..

Was your examination date Sept 20.? I think this is the 1st time I heard that CGFNS releases the CG exam results this early and to be honest a Sept. exam date for the Phils. either. For what I know, it's only March, July and Nov. for test centers in the Philippines.

yes lawrence you heard it ryt.. i took it sept 20 this year in cebu.. its not the first time that cg holds sept exam in the phils..it started 3 0r 4 yrs alredy i think.. it depends on the test center.. its even in their website, the available test centers for september..

I guess CGFNS is releasing results really fast nowadays. Good for them. Hope the CG Certification (paper certificate) can be mailed to their clients at the same rate.

Forgot to say... Congrats for passing the CGFNS Exam. :balloons: :monkeydance: :biere:

Now you can find an employer that will petition you in NY (using the CGFNS Certificate) and at the same time apply for the CVS for NY.

thank you lawrence.. can i already apply for visa screen even if i dont received yet the cg certificate? thru online? i alredy submitted req for cvs.. hope it wont take that long..:)

Yes, you can apply for the VSC already. They already have the results anyway and you don't need to have the CG Certificate on-hand. Remember, ICHP is under CGFNS and the ICHP and CGFNS # are the same. They share files as well, so no need to wait for the CG certificate on-hand or re-send your transcripts or license validation from PRC (if applicable) anymore since you already gave them to CGFNS.

When applying for VisaScreen or CVS, always remember to always give your CG id # when asked and say what service you already completed when asked. If you'll notice the CVS handbook and forms, they actually would like you to apply for the VSC and CVS at the same time.

I'm not sure about the on-line process though. Didn't do it. Maybe someone here did it.
